Frisbee is a conversational AI assistant available on WhatsApp that helps users with product discovery, cart assembly, and automated recommendations for supported ecommerce platforms. The Service is provided free of charge to users.

Generative AI Solutions is not responsible for the availability, features, or decisions made by third parties.

• Reverse engineer, resell, or make the Service available to third parties without consent.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Frisbee uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and shopping assistance. These outputs are automatically generated and may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

• AI outputs should not be considered professional, financial, medical, or legal advice.
• Users remain responsible for any decisions made based on Frisbee's outputs.
• Generative AI Solutions is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Data and Privacy

Generative AI Solutions takes reasonable measures to protect user data. However, please do not share sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords, payment data, medical records) through Frisbee, as the Service is not designed to handle such information securely.
